For an application i have to get all profile documents in a database with Lotus Script. At this point i can only get these which have a form in the db or i have to know the name. But is there a way to get a profile document or a collection without the name?

Have you tried “Set notesDocumentCollection = notesDatabase.GetProfileDocCollection”?

The GetProfileDocCollection method needs the argument profileName$. Otherwise the count will be 0.Is there another way?

You need to use a notes NoteCollection. Create one, set the parameter as below.
dim nc as new notesnotecollection
Set nc = db.CreateNoteCollection(False)
nc.SelectProfiles = true
Call notesNoteCollection.BuildCollection
You will then have a collection of NOTES to loop round and do with what you will.

Thank you for this excellent tip. This way works fine!
