There are several ways to generate a pdf output from notes data.
-
If you’re good at java programming then try to develop your own pdf generation tools using iText. Visit www.lowagie.com for more information.
-
There are a few freebie tools available. The downside with them is they print a water mark for each page generated. Try a google search.

If you don’t mind spending a few thousand ($/£) then there are a lot of tools already in the market. I had used DominoPDF and ActivePDF which are server based solutions and very easy to configure and saves a lot of time developing and customizing.

Hi
Yes, I already used it with a back office archiving product I supported.
BUT, this tool is not free, as I said, I have some Pavlov’s reflex that consits in
answering to questions with Free solutions, and I always forget to talk about commercial ones. ;o)

Hi
Consider searching on the web for pdf format, you’ll see it is owned by adobe, and that it is
not possible to generate this kinda documents easily.
Even more, Adobe and MS are not able to have a deal concerning pdf within MS Office.
Search for pdf in php, and/or in java, and find a way of using it with Notes client, but I
believe that it won’t be easy !
