Hi 'I am trying to solve this issue called SPR# JFRA6BMHSK

I am trying since last week or more… usually the ibm website info is good but this time its so confusing. I am unable to patch / fix my lotus notes Rel 7.0.1. It says the issue has been fixed in 7.0.1 but i have got into this issue since when i upgraded to seven point zaero point one release of lotusnotes.

if you have any idea / any patch available pls send me the link ?

Are you sure you have the SPR # correct? According to IBM that SPR refers to a problem in 6.5.4, fixed in 6.5.5, which never appeared in version 7.http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21214732

I have already visited the link and I am sure!

I had been using Notes v 6.5.5 and notes minder was working fine until I upgraded to 7.0.1. The issue is there since then :frowning:

Then it would appear the problem needs to be reported to Lotus again, as appearing in 7.0.1. That SPR relates only to 6.5.4.

Ok, The problem is that Notes Minder View Mail summary is not being updated whenever new mail is received. do you have any idea on how to fix this issue in 7.0.1?
