Can anyone tell me how to find all memos that do not “belong” to any folder(s)?
I would like to be able to use Search in the All Documents View within Lotus Notes, but the specific fields/steps escape me. If there is another method (agent?), I would appreciate the information.

Hi tom, Using agent you can do it. Create a view in the backend using the agent with the selection formula form=“memo” and process the documents in that view. This method will feed your requirement I think. while finishing the agent kill the view object.
