We have implemented message recall and we want to enforce it for all the users. Now the users have an option not to allow others to recall messages sent to them in the preferences Mail → Allow others to recall mail sent to me (under View and Folder management). How do I disable it with server policy?
In the policy’s Mail settings I’ve selected Yes and “Set value and prevent changes” for “Other users are allowed to recall messages they sent to this user:”. It has been set before a week, but still the option is not grayed out.
Is there any other way to restrict users from disabling message recall on their mail file?
