Hi guys,
Can anybody help me on this issue.
I have a notes database which has calendar views.
I want to implement mailing functionality in this database.
The mail when send should embed the current view in the mail. Its a calendar view containing the meeting schedules of the managers for the next two weeks.
Regards
Naveen

The users could be in your calendar view, and from the print menu, forward the calendar via email.

Hi Alan,
Thanks for the solution.
I was literally breaking my head on this issue.
The users come up with such requirements and we have to give a solution which is really tough.
Also I found your website very useful. Keep up the good work.

Subject: How to embed a calendar view in mail
Hi (not only guys in this forum )
if you want to see it in the open mail document, you have edit the mail form.
If you send this mail to another user the information about the calender is not in the receivers mail file. So you would have to
create a reference to the original DB.
If the embedded view should be static, you have to send a "picture "of the calender.
Why not just send a link to the view, so everybody can see the “live calender”.
