what about this

On to the column select formula and then

fieldname1+“,”+fieldname2+“,”+ etc

instead of comma u can use # or other seperator also.

Thanks Abhishek , its working can u tell me one more thing if i want to display these at new line means on below each other what should i do coz if i use this seperator the value appears in the same line seperated by comma .

Look for examples of @Newline in help file.

this would suffice your need.
