How to disable NSD (Diagnostic) on lotus client

after login into lotus client following error msg is coming “Lotus Notes Error Notification” and followed by

“Notes System Diagnostic” and immediately lotus client gets shut down.

I think disabling nsd we can avoid this problem but could you please tell me how to do it by using desktop setting policy

on lotus client

Thanks

By disabling the NSD you will not solve why the client is crashing…

Firstly Recreate the BOOKMARKS.NSF (ie rename the old one) This might be an issue with a corrupt bookmark.

The recreate DESKTOP.ndk and Cache.ndk

This could be done without looking at the NSD but if this fails either reinstall notes and only keep minimal amount of old data (ie the Lotus Notes data folder should not be kept other than ID and address book).

Give it a go or post NSD information

Can you post the FATAL THREAD section of the NSD files with the few lines under it

For example:
