How-to disable mail forwarding

I’m trying to disable mail forwarding for a user. There are no more rules that perform forwarding in the user’s mail file, I do not see any agents that could perform forwarding and the ‘forwarding address’ in the person document is empty.

Any mails sent to this user are still being forwarded. What other things can I look at to disable the mail forwarding?

Subject: It could be a private agent?

Are you sure it’s not a private agent? Does the user have rights to run personal agents? I’d make sure he doesn’t have that right, that would probably stop the forwarding.
