Why some mail files on our server has the archive setting disabled, while some enabled? For those disabled, if I click ‘Archive Settings’ from mail file properties, I got a message box ‘Your aministrator does not permit archiving’, while for some others, I could open the archive settings box, even I unchecked ‘enable archiving’, the box is still active. I really want to disable it, and have all as ‘Your amdinistrator does not permit archiving’, how should I do?

sorry, I am one of the administrators, and we do not have any archive policy from Administration client->configuration->policy, we have only one policy for something like setup profile, because we found the old setup profile is not working in R6, my colleague create that policy instead. I don’t think it affects, does it?And it’s strange that, not all mail files have archive enabled. Now I have made sure all have it disable, but I really want to have them all with ‘administrator does not permit archiving’ message box, that would make me feel safe.
