How to disable DAMO

Hi Everybody,

Is it possible to disable DAMO clients from accessing the Lotus Domino server? We have some rogue DAMO installs in our organisation that are causing havoc for our support team (not to mention causing “mail client envy” leading to more rogue DAMO installs).

We initially tried banning specific client versions to stop DAMO from working, but the newest DAMO versions show up as the same version as the native notes client!

As a suggestion, although I’m not sure if this will work for you, is to set the minimum client in (basics tab) the configuration document for the Domino server.
