How to delete mail from MS IE?

Hi,

I cannot delete any mail from my Mail file(tried all options to delete, such as selecting mail-right click-delete/click trash/dragging to the Trash etc.) through MS Internet Explorer while accessing it from out of office locations.

But some of my colleagues having same sort of mail files have been able to delete mails by using MS IE while accessing out of office.

But I have been able to delete mails using the same web browser while I access it internally.

What’s up? Please help me.
