I’m using Lotus Notes 8.0.2 client on Windows XP PC. I accidentally typed in a wrong email address when sending email. Now the wrong email address always appear in my email address history. This is very inconvenient that everytime when I want to send email to that address, it will appear the wrong address in my “To:” column.
Is there anyway to delete the email address history?
Subject: Look for Recent Contacts in your personal address book
You can find the email address in there. If you are running the Standard client it should be on the left hand side view list. If you are running the Basic client you will need to hold down Shift+Ctrl and go to View–>Go To and choose (Recent Contacts)
