How to delete a user correctly?

Wow to delete a user correctly? Today I click Domino Admin → Peoples e Groups → People and right click over the user and choose option delete.

So, when I delete a user the databse not removed and he remains in the group.

Why?

You probably have to open the Administration Requests database and approve the mail file deletion and the removal from the Domino Directory.
