How to create short cut link to nsf file?

Dear all expert,

How can I make nsf file to be a shortcut on desktop instead of “open”>“Lotus Notes application”?

After user login using this shortcut, they can go to other workflow application and they mail oso.

Kindly please advice.

Subject: Windows shortcut

Syntax for a Windows shortcut to Notes DB:

Notes://DominoServerName/862577A5007A2858/

I paste a notes link into Wordpad to get the correct servername, and Replica ID. Just remove the colon from the repid.
