How to create File Upload?

Hi,experts out there!

I am new to Lotus Notes, and my compnay is using it to update, create, and maintain its website. I need to have a File Upload control to allow user to:

  1. browse for files in local computer system

  2. send the file to a shared drive or common directory

  3. create a link on a table to allow user to click and view it

All these need to be done on the webpage. I am seriously in need of help. Experts, please help me!Thank you very very much!
