How to create and delete folder using Lotus Notes formula language?

Hi,

I want to create and delete a specific folder under users temporary folder (e.g. C:\Documents and Settings{user name}\Local Settings\Temp). Is there any way to achieve this using Lotus Notes formula language? Any help will be appreciated.
