Can anyone help me on what steps are necessary to create a folder in Archive? Basically, I want to be able to organze my archived mail in folders.

Your archive database is also another Notes database just like your mail database. You can create Folders in archive database just like you do in your mail box. From Notes menu select Create Folder (or something similar to it)…
