How to convert Word Document to HTML file

Hi All, How to get a Word Document in a Rich text field and to convert them into a HTML file programatically on a Action button click or in a agent.Please send me any links or codes that might be helpful for my project completion.I got some information from the following site but that is not working.

Hi MR.Johon Adu, I tried the code given in the specific link the problem is that the agent is not even initializing.I tried by giving a print statement at the start of the agent.The log message shows operation is disallowed in this session.I even tried by changing the agent properties to the least security option NO:3 still the same problem persist.Please help me in this regard.
