Hi, There is one entry in the registration queue which i am not able to get rid of. I had put it in for registration with some other admin id which i don’t remember, and unless i log in with that id i would not be able to clear the queue, or register this user.
I’ve tried to delete the Cache.NDK but still the same, can you please let me know which file stores the registration queue or how i can clear this entry.

Simply, u can delete the userreg.nsf from your notes client and then reinstall the admin client, again it will be re-created…
Or U can add the present id u r using to the full access administrator field of the server’s doc… and can delete the old entry…

it was as simple as that! to open the userreg.nsf and remove the entry, thank you once again.
