Recently, I notice some of the users which I had deleted previously appear in the address book. However, the mail file no longer exist.
Is there any command or ways to check through the address book to locate person document which does not have an existing mail file?
Thanks.

Get a list of mail files on server with the help of Operating System command, dir or ls. Get this into a text file.
From address book, take an export of all users and their mail file names. I think field name is MailFile in person document. If needed you can create a bew view in names.nsf to this information in correct format.
Now compare the two lists. ExamDiff comparison? Excel VLOOKUP? Or a Lotus Script program?

Thanks Paul.
Tried searching the Sandbox but couldn’t locate any utilities other then those import or export features to excel. Do you mind pointing me to those utitlies which you have come across in the Sandbox which may be useful to identify missing mail file?
Thanks.
