as more and more users in my company,i want to change some user’s mail to another server,so i change the user’s person document,set theire mail server to the other server,but it didn’t work. and i test to add a new user use the other server as mail server,it works.how do i do to change the existing users’s mail server.

start the admin clientpick any server (preferably their current mail server)
click on the people & groups tab
click on the people view
find the person you want to move
under tools (right hand side) > people > move to another server
does everything for you including updating the users location documents.
note: there must be a connection document (for replication) from their current mail server to their new mail server or it will not work.
