In the Inbox, when one clicks on an email, the section is boxed in. When another user clicks on an email, the section is highlighted in blue. How do I change the indicator?

The difference you’re seeing is due to one user using a Basic client and the other using Standard (or one using a composite app and another a “classic” app)

Everyone has the same version. Don’t know why one user sees something different. Further description: while in the Inbox, a user uses the up and down arrow keys to scroll thru the messages in the Inbox. When scrolling thru the Inbox view, the indicator is showing a box around each msg as the user scrolls thru using the up and down arrow keys. Another user, shows the msg shaded in blue while scrolling thru the list. Troubleshooting performed: refreshed the template, verified both users are using the same version and reviewed all the settings in Preferences and the setting for the Db. Any suggestions?

Select File / User PreferencesIn the “Additional Options” box, towards the bottom, there is a choice for “Show check marks in margin for selected documents”
