I have a user who recently got married and now has a different last name. How can I change her last name in dominio admin without having to recreate a user and lose all of her mail? I tried rename selected user but it didn’t seem to do anything. Thanks!

You have to access to the cert.id first. But when you do have access, you can go to the domino directory and select rename person. Then follow the prompts.
It is outlined in the administrative help as well.
