How to block sending exe and games through mail

First i give brief idea about setup,

  we have two OUs,

  1. contains Lotus notes users

  2. contains I-notes users

    there is one rule on mail.box of server that

    When i-notes user send mail…if To contains i-notes user block the mail,

    When i-notes user send mail…if cc contains i-notes user block the mail,

    When i-notes user send mail…if To contains i-notes user block the mail, and if cc contains i-notes user block the mail

When i-notes user send mail…if To contains Lotus notes user deliver the mail, and if cc contains i-notes user block the mail

When i-notes user send mail…if To contains i-notes user block the mail, and if cc contains lotus notes user deliver the mail

It looks like you could implement all your requirements (filtering attachments, rules based on OU etc) can be done by setting up mail rules on server. See this link:
