Anyone can help me about how to avoid sending and receiving free emails like hotmail, yahoo etc. for specific users?? I try the filter rules at the server but it makes the server very slow…

You can write scripts in the mail.box to check for domain names…if they match the one’s mentioned in your post, you can send notifications back to the user or delete them in the mail.box. Additionally, a better approach would be to write an agent on the main mail template and have it refresh down to the user’s mail file. Upon sending or recieving emails with the mentioned domains, delete them or do what you need. This would eliminate any use of the server doing any work and all work to be done by the user’s mail file.
