Hello folks,
We would like to clean up stale distribution lists in our NAB. Is there any utility or process available to audit DLs that have not been used for x amount of time? Any input would be helpful. Thanks.
Tim

Subject: How to audit mailing list activity
Dear Tim! You can evaluate audit trail software at www.dysant.com (Dysant AuditLog).
AuditLog not only captures before and after values for each changed document in a Notes db (e.g. names.nsf db), but also identifies:
The source of any data, schema, or permissions change
The date and time they changed it
What data has been accessed, and by what user or application
How data was modified, and when
Who has viewed certain data
What design in Lotus db changes have occurred, e.g. delete agents or create new Lotus Script Code
