Nathan,

The Domino administrator tells me the server will be upgraded to D8, and he asks me if I have any concerns about going to D8 with my applications. I am not sure about this. Is there any issues? How I can know if my application still works well. Test all agents?

In all my upgrades, I’ve not had a problem since R4. R8 is very compatible but your best bet would be to get a PC and copy your notes/domino directory to it, then upgrade the PC.

See how it performs. Then backup and do your live environment.

Remember - Domino is a synch to restore because it doesn’t spew DLLs and data all over the hard drive.
