My userask me to archive all mail of his databse before 10/2005, I wouyld like to do the mroe quickly possible.
For the moment I copy all the database a,nd delete in the archive the mails after 10/2005 but it is so longer and i have no any time for it . Do you ghave a solution for me with an agent ? i dont’ know ?

Go to Action-archive-settings-Edit-Select docs In settings set the number of days field to a value so that all docs older than that number of days are picked upo for archive
Then user archive archive now to archive all docs in users mailfile older than that number value u specified (This will archive cal entries too)
