How to add this text message for only mail for smtp outbound

Sometimes i can receive message with this text message in top of the mail. i would like to do the same IN MY SERVER but i can’t do where can I pit this message in domino ?

i would like to add this text message for all mails when a user want to send mail only by internet .

the message can be :

***************************************************** This e-mail message and any attachments to it are intended only for the named recipients and may contain confidential information. If you are not one of the intended recipients, please do not duplicate or forward this e-mail message and immediately delete it from your compute

It is for R5 but I also was using is for R6.01 and now for R6.5.4.

We are going to upgrade to R7. In that release it is implemented in Serverconfiguration.

I gave up trying to manage the previously posted suggestions and implemented the feature in R7. No need to maintain templates, and convert all users to the modified template. The r7 feature supports my R5.11, R6.5 and R7.0 clients and works with S/mime.
