How to add public folder in Lotus Notes for all company users, I want our company users to uses Email public folder to make schedule booking meeting room, How to setup is functionin in notes and the step how to do it.
and other case, I don’t know how to add “Rooms” function in new calendar entry, Can i need to addon another items on domino server.

You add folders to a database just like you would add any other design element. As for the “Rooms” function you need to create a database based on the resrc60.ntf (Resource Reservations) template.

“Public folders” are an Exchange thing, not a Domino thing. (And a pretty lame attempt at collaboration they are, too.) It sounds like you want to create a resource reservations db with a Room resource.
