How to add attendees names to Resorce Reservation Document

Hello Everybody.

In our company, we are using Resource reservation database to reserve meeting rooms. When I create a new meeting invitation , a reservation document for the meeting room is created programmatically.

However the reservation document doesn’t store information about attendees people. Do you know how I can add this information to reservation document. Perhaps I need to change the codes used by RnRMgr task that handles reservation requests.

Subject: Not necessary

The R&R system does not need to know who is attending, only the number of attendees. So the invitee list is never sent to R&R. As such, no updated invitee lists need be sent either.

Why do you want to add this info to the R&R reservation?
