Hi All, I want when ever any mail will sent from my server in botton of the mail some predefined message automatically added. Like
nformation contained and transmitted by this e-mail is confidential and proprietary to ABC COMPANY.
Where is will set it in the server
can any body help me.

This can be managed in the user’s mailbox.
If you want it as a server wide setting, use an external smtp server which is capable of doing it.

Yes I need Server side setting so any mail will go it will contain a test in body
I am setting Configration :-- Domino Web Access --DISCLAIMER
I am setting the data but the message is not adding in the mail
Please help me

Search the Administrator help for “Setting up and using message disclaimers”. What you’re doing is only seeing the disclaimers for Domino Web Access users, not regular Notes client users.
