How to add a MAIL ID to CC field

Can anybody tell me how to add a Mail ID or Heirarchy to the CC field whenever I am trying to send a mail to anybody .

I want to send a copy of all my mails to one person automatically !! can anybody help me in this Issue.

Subject: How to add a MAIL ID to CC field

Change design of Memo form in your mail box. For CopyTo field add a default value - the CC address which you want.

However this will not work if you are sending mails from other appication databases (without using your mail database).
