How to add a butto inside the mail template?

I would like to add a button (linked with an externale database) in the button bar inside the mail template…right next to “New Memo”. is it possible?

how can I do to do this?

Perfectly possible, just update the mail template. Add a new action to the Inbox folder (and any other views you want).

Bear in mind though that everytime you want to upgrade the mail template you’ll have to add your action again to the new stock template. Not a big deal though if you document it well.

How can I do to “open a module” inside the mail database?(I’ve added a module inside tha mail file, that maodule can be opened using a voice in the menu “create”, but I would like also to show the butto in the button bar)
