How do I access the calendar entries of other users through agent? and copy it in another database? the agent should run on schedule? The problem here is what should I do to have access to their mail file? Is using the server as the agent’s signer will solve the problem?

To access calendar entries of other users, you need to have Editor access or above to attain the above.
Apart from the agent, try the below said.
Open your inbox, Click - Tools - Preferences - Access & Delegation - Access to your Mail & Calender - Click Add Person or Group - Select the options to give access for another user.

thanks for the reply, but is possible to get access to their calendar entries without explicitly giving access through Mail - Preferences? Because Click - Tools - Preferences - Access & Delegation - Access to your Mail & Calender - Click Add Person or Group do not apply with servers and it must only be the server that will be given access to the databases and not a specific user. Is this possible?
