How notesrichtext prints in MS Word

Hi

I am not able to print the notesrichtext to MS word. I am writing the lotus script code in agent but it is not printing the notesrichtext. Please suggest what do to.

other_Publications_inside is notesrichtextitem on the form. How should i print the text of the notesrichtextitem in the same format in the MS Word.

Please give me some suggestions.

Hello,

Use GetformattedText or GetUnformattedText method of richtext item class but this way you will only get plain text formatted or unformatted depending upon the method you choose. If you wish to preserve the exact contents, try using NotesRichTextNavigator.

Do you want the plain text or do you want formatted (with HTML in this case) content depending on what is in the rich text? The former is easy, but the latter is amore complex problem that will likely involve DXL, API’s or third party products.
