Does anyone have any good methods of finding out how many users in their Notes enironment are live (ie some of our users have been migrated to Exchange and others have left). We are running a mixed Notes 5, 6 and 7 environment with 30 server and ten thousand users

Tsk tsk Mr Lees. Apparently some guru who was there before wrote an agent to determine whether the $Inbox view index was built.

can be a fun one to figure out. We moved all nsf files to a backup folder and deleted person docs (backed up a copy of NAB first) of accounts that hadnt been used in 3 months. If anyone complained that their mail acc was missing it was simple enough to put in right.Watch out for people on maternity leave etc

You can also enable Activity Logging on the server and get when the users db was last accessed.
