How long do the old Fullname(s) stay in the person doc?

Hi admins,

a “silly” question, but I cannot find an answer at the moment (and I cannot check this with our existing names.nsf, because the renames were maid … well … not perfectly ;):

After a rename, do the old Fullname stay in the person doc “forever”, or is it deleted after the “Honor old names for up to”-period (typically 21d)?

Subject: It will stay there (in the fullname field) as long as it is deleted manually or a revert name change is fired
