How I send a Pop up Windows to all User with a message?

I try to send a pop up windows to all station with lotus notes but i can’t. How do this ?Is possible?

Hi Joseph,

Within Domino Administrator, click on the Servers tab and then on Status. In here, select the Notes Users option and then right click on any user and select Broadcast message. You should now see the Broadcast Message box. Select who you want to send the message to, enter your message and make sure that the “Show as dialogbox on users’ workstation” checkbox is ticked. Click on Broadcast to send your message.

Hello, I try to send a Broadcast Message with your procedure but does not work. The system make nothing. What can I do? We have Domino V6.5.2 on a Windows 2003 Server. I should enable something?
