I want to hide document properties in view.It is because all of them can see the details of others document.In a view user right click on the other document and in the field tab they can see easily.So i want to stopped this what are the things are there.

I am not sure it answers your question but I understand you want to prevent users from seing document properties.From a notes point of view, if a user has the right to see a document, he can see the document properties
What you can do is to Replace Design and check the box to Hide formulas and LotusScript.
Then users won’t see anything when they try to look at the document properties.

i am agree with jane marc . and i dont have more idea. you can block the whole document so he is not able to see the document properties. for more call to ajitnarayan123@gmail.com
