I think Peter misunderstood your question. You want to find out which form you are using when composing a new document.

There is not a function to do this. The Form field has not yet been assigned until the document is saved.

Usually, people will add a Form field to the form with a ‘Computed when composed’ value of whatever the form name is (“SalesReport”). This way, the Form field is available from the start.
