Pls, How I can restrict the creation of private view in the database notes?

The access of users is author or editor, but it is restrict in the ACL without the options “Create private agents”, “Create personal folders/views”, “Create shared folders/views” and

“Create LotusScript/Java agents” and with option “Enforce a consistent…” in advanced tab.

Pls, any idea? Tks!!

There’s a checkbox called “Restrict personal folders/views”.

It has different between Notes Client version?

Subject: sorry, got the wording wrong

Apologies; I was looking at 8.5.3.

In 8.0.2, the checkbox is “Create personal folders/views”. If it is NOT checked, then the user does not have the ability to perform this action.
