I have developped some global database and i publish theirs on my website (the website is in french but the database design is in english).
So i want to know how i can publish it into the sandbox to ?

You’d rather look at OpenNTF.org; sandbox is nasty – once i submitted a piece of code, after several months when i asked why it takes so long they answered that they do not publish things that are published on other sites (bullshit, I think I’ve seen such cases) and that i must have received their answer long ago (true enough). Never will try again.
Besides if you read the rules they get rights to whatever you submit… it’s not even some kind of open license. At least last time i read that legal #### I did not like it one bit.
I’m perfectly disgusted with Sandbox and I’d not recommend to put anything there. OpenNTF are nice people and if you wish to share things it’s the way to go.

Thanks for your answer but due to some restriction i cannot publish all the source code of my Lotus Notes database, so i cannot publish theirs on OpenNTF.org
I want to publish on sandbox because i have download some database from it and some of it their publish without source code so that the reason to choice sandbox.
I know it’s not a very good idea to publish database without source code but in some case it’s recommanded 
and it’s the only one way for the moment to publish LN applications to use has freeware.

AFAIK in theory they do not permit to publish things without source code (at least that’s what their rules say). But the rules did not say that I cannot post a code that’s posted somewhere else (you have the same situation).
In any case I think they are dead. The occasional updates seem to be coming only internally from IBM.
