How extend "Send Mail" processing for Lotus Notes with a plugin Eclipse RCP

Hello,

I would like to add a feature when the user click on “send mail” and before the mail is really sent.

My project is an Eclipse RCP plugin. This plugin is made for Lotus Notes 8.5.1

Is it possible ??
