How does someone enable HTML on Mail R6

i have several clients on my network who cannot see attachments or pictures in their emails, they receive a “red X” instead of the picture.

I was wondering if a setting has to be enabled for users to view HTML images, or is there a special Notes Design someone needs to have on their client in order to view images successfully as I am able to view images with no issues

If memory serves me, you would go to the location document, switch browser to Notes, set it to work online, and then switch back to whatever browser you had it set to before.

Of course, if you are behind a proxy server, you need to update the proxy settings in there as well.
