How does Notes recognizes an address book?

Hello,Does somebody knows how does Notes recognizes an address book ? how it is being distinguished from other databases ?

For example, in New Memo, documents from which databases are presented when I choose a recipient ?

If I make new database from scratch and I want it to function like the address book which properties should it have ? what must be included in it ?

Subject: How does Notes recognizes an address book?

You can create an address book from the same template as your personal address book, pernames.ntf.Store the new addresss book on the server.

Once you have created the additional address book you can add the address book to Directory Assistance or you can edit the Notes.ini file.

If you add the new address book to the notes.ini you will have to restart the server.
