How do you manage your Notes ID's?

Hey all,

I was wondering how everyone manages there users Notes ID files. We keep the ID files on a cd, kept in a safe. This can become a little cumbersome to maintain and was hoping someone out there use a different method, such as a program or something that I’m not aware of.

So if you can tell me what you or your company does to manage your Notes ID’s, it would be greatly appreciated.

setup password recovery and secure the mailbox that you have all the id’s sent to.

go to helpsoft.com and check out ID Manager Suite for Lotus/Domino. It’s an excellent tool and very reasonably priced.

We have a secure folder on a network drive in which we store all IDs. Takes network Administrator rights to access it.
