How do you cancel a QueryOpen using Formula?

I have to use a Formula to write my QueryOpen event handler in my Form. I can’t use LotusScript. Is it possible to cancel opening the Window? If so, how is this achieved? I know I can do it using LotusScript but that isn’t an option for me.

All the event handlers in the documentation seem to be in LotusScript. I haven’t found one written as a Formula.
