How Do I undo Folder Design?

Hi, I am new to Lotus Notes and was trying to sort my folders alphabetically for organizational purposes, and ended up selecting:

Actions>Folders>Upgrade Folder Design>Manual Upgrade>Select All>Rules>OK

and all the subject lines of all the emails in all my folders are now invisible. This wasn’t what I had in Mind!

Can anyone please direct me on how to undo this ? Bonus if you know how to sort folders alphabetically.

Subject: re-run Upgrade Folder Design

Re-run the upgrade, select “Manual” and choose “Inbox” as the folder to use. This should return your folders to their proper design.
